2. Description of Service

GhostChat is an anonymous messaging platform that provides:

• Anonymous sign-up using only a GhostID (username)
• Private, identity-hidden conversations between users
• Self-destructing messages that disappear after viewing
• End-to-end encryption for all communications

3. User Accounts and GhostID

3.1 Account Creation

Users may create an account using only a GhostID (username). No email address, phone number, or personal information is required.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GhostID credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

While using GhostChat, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share content that is harmful, obscene, or violates others' rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
• Share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploit minors in any way
• Engage in human trafficking or facilitate illegal activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Attempt to hack, breach, or compromise the security of the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

5. Content and Messages

5.1 Message Deletion

All messages are designed to be automatically deleted after viewing. This is a core feature of GhostChat and cannot be disabled.

5.2 No Content Moderation

Due to end-to-end encryption, we cannot view or moderate message content. Users are responsible for reporting abuse through our reporting mechanisms.

5.3 User Responsibility

You retain all rights to content you share, but you grant GhostChat the right to transmit and temporarily store your messages for delivery purposes only.

All messages are end-to-end encrypted by default. GhostChat cannot access, read, or decrypt your messages. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

• Loss of data or content due to the self-destructing nature of messages
• Actions or content shared by other users
